Student: A is a physically disabled student. He uses wheelchair for mobility.

Challenges: The university has no elevators or accessibility features (accessible classrooms, libraries, and cafeterias) etc.  

Skills and Strategies: The team at the Center for Disability and Career Development Services of the University of Addis Ababa (connected to the Dean of Students) for student arrange for student volunteers (called 'friends of the disabled') to help this student, for instance by  pushing the wheelchair or carrying the student in his wheelchair to go upstairs
