Student participants on the Training (July1-July 3 2009) will arrive June 30 and leave July 4.

Before coming, please prepare information about the situation of disability support at universities in your own country:

• A short description of disability support at university level and and a brief history of how it developed
  
• A few examples of systems that work
• A few cases: Situations that were problematic and how they were solved
• A few examples of successful disabled students, where they started from and how they succeded.

Repayment of travel costs:

• Open a EURO bank account in your name at your own bank.
• Bring the receipt from the travel agency, to show the amount that you paid for the ticket. 
  
• Keep all the boarding passes from your flight (the piece that shows which plane/time/ seat ) because this is proof that you were on the place. 
  
• At the end of the training event, the money will be transfered electronically to your Euro bank account.
  

Travel tips for disabled passengers.

A minibus with a lift for wheelchair users will be arranged for the training days.
