Solution: Studying at the Virtual University of Pakistan, a university which is  primarily based on the concept of online education. Most of the instructional and assignment material is in the soft (electronic) form.  This is comparatively very easy and comfortable of blind students to study all the IT and software related master programs as the medium of instruction is TV lectures, CD, internet and others.
