Challenge: We had an Erasmus student for half a year, who used a wheelchair,  and needed assistance for 24 hours a day meaning special assistant, housing unit, arrangements in lecture rooms and study books delivered to the housing unit.

Solution:  Financially all support was taken care from homecountry, information and coordination of Finnish services, rules and connections throught me. She completed 27 ECTS points in a semester.
