Surveys in this project have been carried out using Survey Monkey .  This program greatly simplifies the work of preparing, modifying and analysing data.

It is recommended that next to the survey's link, another link should give a TEXT ONLY version of the survey: this way the survey questions can be read before answering the survey; it is more accessible for people using screen readers, and is accessed with a single 'mouse click'.
