"1 in 10 people are disabled"

"University education is essential for getting a good job"

But how many disabled people get to university?

And how many of those graduate with a diploma that reflects their abilities?

In this project, disabled university students and disability advisors from several European countries will talk about what works and what is needed.  Together we will identify criteria and draft standards so that more disabled students can get to university and graduate successfully.

This project is funded by the the European Union, under the Civil Society Dialogue Programme between EU and Turkey, under the Universities Grant Scheme.

 Objectives:

  • Establishing cooperation between disablility support specialists in different EU countries, especially Turkey and the Netherlands
