Ankara Esenboga Airport is Turkey's most modern airport, with toilets suitable for disabled people and lifts to all floors.

2008 information .

The operator of Esenboga Airport (Domestic and International Terminals) is TAV.  TIU project thanks TAV Customer Relations Officer Eda Özbek Dağlaroğlu for cooperation in developing useful information for disabled passengers arriving at Ankara Airport.  Eda hanım writes "It is pleasant to hear about your appreciation. Our motivation improves in a positive way by the help of your interest and your support."

Regular buses 'HAVAŞ" go from the airport to Ankara (about 40 minutes).  They leave on the hour, and the half hour (...00 and ...30) and cost 10TL per person.  These are regular coaches (like those used for intercity bus travel) so they are not accessible for people with mobility impairments.
